| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
|
Manages the flow of product from Process through Packaging lines to the Warehouse while maintaining the highest quality standards and controlling labor costs. Maintain safety, policies, rules, and regulations as well as General Manufacturing Practices. Is responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization?s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

| Supervisory Responsibilities |
|
Manages 5 subordinate exempt level Team Leaders who supervises 15-20 hourly employees in Packaging resulting in indirect supervision of up to 100 non supervisory employees and temporary employees.

| Qualifications |
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 10 to 15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
