Bistro Steak Sandwich

Ingredients

2 New York Strip steaks (8-10 ounces each)
4 six-inch baguettes
4 tablespoons Ken’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup red onion, shaved

Directions

Grill steak to desired temperature. Rest on cutting board for 3-5 minutes, then slice into 1/8-inch strips.
Toast baguettes on grill.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Ken’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing on heel of each baguette.
Top each baguette with one fourth of steak strips. Top steak with mixed greens and shaved red onion.
Serve immediately.
