Honey Mustard Short Ribs


5 pounds beef short ribs
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, as needed
4 cups Ken's Honey Mustard Dressing
4 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup beef stock
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves of garlic


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Season short ribs with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat a small amount of vegetable oil; add seasoned ribs and sear all sides until golden brown. Place seared ribs, single layer, in a deep roasting pan. In a large saucepan, heat Ken's Honey Mustard Dressing, Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce, beef stock and onion and garlic; pour heated mixture over ribs. Ribs should be covered with the liquid. Cover pan and cook for 2 to 3 hours, or until meat falls off the bone.
