Italian Roasted Garlic Pork Loin
1 pork tenderloin (approximately 2 lbs pounds)
1 cup Ken's® Italian Dressing & Marinade
5 crushed cloves of garlic
Slice each tenderloin in half and again lengthwise to create four steaks total. Pound each steak ½ to ¾-inch thickness. Combine Ken's® Italian Dressing, garlic and pork and marinate for 4 hours. Remove steaks from marinade (do not pat dry) and place over hot grill. Cook until well browned on first side, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip steaks and cook until well browned on second side, 4 - 5 minutes or until meat registers 140ºF. (Remove steaks as they come to temperature). Transfer steaks to carving board and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
