Ken'sŪ Caesar Salad
1 large head Romaine lettuce
4 cloves garlic, minced
Anchovy paste or chopped anchovies (optional)
2 cups Ken’s® Caesar Dressing & Marinade
Grated Romano cheese
Wash and dry Romaine lettuce. Mince garlic and anchovies. Add to Ken’s® Caesar Dressing & Marinade; chill. Sprinkle lettuce with generous amount of grated cheese. Add dash or two of pepper. Add squirt of lime juice. Toss well. Add Ken’s® Caesar Dressing & Marinade just before serving. Top with croutons.
