1 package cheese tortellini
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup each red and green peppers, diced
1/2 cup Ken’s® Italian Dressing & Marinade
Salt, pepper and parsley flakes
Cook tortellini in boiling chicken broth until al dente. One minute before done, add diced peppers to blanch. Drain tortellini and peppers; put in a bowl and add Ken’s® Italian Dressing & Marinade.
Stir mixture to coat all tortellini. Add salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
