One 19-ounce can fava beans
1 medium zucchini squash
¼ pound country French tofu or regular firm tofu
¼ cup of Ken’s® Italian Dressing & Marinade or Ken’s® Lite Caesar
Head of lettuce
Rinse fava beans with cold water. Drain well. Wash and slice zucchini squash. Drain and pat dry tofu. Dice tofu. Toss these ingredients with Ken’s® Lite Caesar. Serve on bed of lettuce.
