Fava Salad



Ingredients

One 19-ounce can fava beans
1 medium zucchini squash
pound country French tofu or regular firm tofu
cup of Ken’s® Italian Dressing & Marinade or Ken’s® Lite Caesar
Head of lettuce

Directions

Rinse fava beans with cold water. Drain well. Wash and slice zucchini squash. Drain and pat dry tofu. Dice tofu. Toss these ingredients with Ken’s® Lite Caesar. Serve on bed of lettuce.
