Honey Mustard Boiled Carrots

1 pound baby carrots
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, more to taste (1 small lemon)
2 teaspoons Ken’s® Lite Honey Mustard
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add carrots, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Drain and place in a medium bowl.
Wash lemon and roll along counter in preparation for juicing. Slice in half and squeeze over measuring cup.
Starting with 1 teaspoon, add lemon juice to carrots, adding more if desired.
Toss with Ken’s® Lite Honey Mustard Dressing and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
