Ingredients
2 cups tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup black olives, drained and sliced
1/8 cup fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup Ken’s® Zesty Italian Dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with focaccia bread, cut into wedges.
