Marinated Tomato Wedges
5 vine-ripe tomatoes, sliced into wedges
½ cup red onion, shaved
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
½ cup Ken’s® Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
